Belgian coffee light malt.
Characteristics: Château Café Light malt imparts a dry and mild coffee flavour and aroma to beers. Adds a smooth mouth feel and complexity to any brown or amber ale. Brings in a sweet aftertaste. Reinforces the color of beer.
Usage: Amber and dark beers. Up to 10% of the mix.
