Moska Style Turbo Yeast is a temperature tolerant turbo yeast.
Multi - purpose use (wine, mash).
14% in 48 hours or 20% in 5 days.
Ingredients : yeast, nutrient, vitamins and microelements.
Dissolve 6-8kg of sugar in hot water, pour into a fermenter and fill with cold water to a volume of 25 litres. Optimum fermentation temperature is 20 – 30°C, 3 – 5 days fermentation time, fermentation up to 14% after 2 days or up to 20% in 5 days.
